Published prices

When the pricing page shows them, gastric sleeve (manga) is $4,900 USD and gastric bypass is $5,800 USD, All-Inclusive. A price that is not on that page is not set by these terms. Applying to be evaluated requires a $0 deposit.

Complication insurance

Complication insurance is included on the priced packages. The complications insurance certificate defines coverage. These terms do not name a dollar cap, an insurer, or a list of exclusions.
